Booking and cancellation policy.
Please take a few moments to read my booking and cancellation policy:
As a small business owner I lose income when you cancel late or fail to attend. I appreciate and thank you for your consideration!
- I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.
- Anything less than 24 hours notice means you'll need to pay for the session IN FULL.
- I may waive or reduce the cancellation fee in cases of illness or exceptional circumstances.
- A courtesy SMS reminder is send one to two days before your appointment. Please respond to this so I know that you're coming.
- Your appointment will be held for you unless you actively cancel. Not responding to the courtesy SMS reminder is not a way to cancel your appointment.
- If you cancel late or do not attend your appointment, I'll email you an invoice for the full session cost for immediate payment.
- You won't be able to make another booking with me until you've paid the late cancellation fee.
- You can cancel or change your appointment using the link in the confirmation email or let me know via text.
- When you book online, you'll automatically be added to my e-mail list. I send approximately 4 clinic updates per year. You can unsubscribe by clicking the link in the e-news or send an email to [email protected] with 'unsubscribe' in the heading.

COVID-19 policy.
Please DO NOT attend clinic for an in-person session if you:
- have ANY cold or flu-like symptoms
- currently have COVID-19
- are a close contact of someone with COVID-19
Face masks are not required in clinic. However if you're in a high-risk group or prefer, for any reason, that masks are worn, I'm more than happy to wear a mask in our session. Please let me know prior to your appointment if you'd like a 'masks-on' session.
I run a HEPA air-filter during all sessions and hand sanitiser is available for your use. I have scheduled time in between sessions to clean and clear the room. As I don't practice back-to-back, you're very unlikely to meet other clients in the reception area.
