Holistic kinesiology.
These sessions explore emotional and behavioural patterns, along with the underlying drivers of stress and imbalance. I use muscle testing, conversation and quieter energy based approaches including sound healing and flower essences.

Acupuncture.
Based on a detailed Chinese medicine diagnosis, fine needles are used to stimulate acupuncture points to support nervous system regulation and mental and physical health. May include heat therapy, cupping or gui sha as required.

Integrated acu+kin.
This is my premium offering. An integrated session is a deeper, combined approach working across body and mind.
Sessions include acupuncture (or needle-free techniques) and kinesiology muscle testing, within an integrated approach that may also include sound healing, flower essences, crystal and essential oils as appropriate. Each session is guided by a Chinese medicine diagnosis and tailored to your needs.
At the start of the session, we'll briefly check in on what support feels most appropriate for you on the day. Based on this, the session may include conversation and space for emotional processing and reflection, or a more quiet, less-conversational approach on the table.

Sound healing - tuning forks.
A deeply restorative, non-conversational session supporting relaxation, nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing. Tuning forks are played to create gentle vibrations that support a calm, grounded state.

Flower essences.
Flower essence prescribing can be incorporated into your kinesiology, acupuncture or sound healing session for an additional $15. This includes a 25mL bottle of your personalised blend to take home. If you'd like to include this, simply add a note to your booking or let me know at the start of your session.
Gift vouchers.
A thoughtful for someone who could use a moment to rest, reset and reconnect.
Gift vouchers are available for sound healing and kinesiology gift vouchers are available by request. Your special person has 12 months to redeem their gift. I stock a variety of tumble-stones, including common favourites and larger pieces like rose quartz.
Space clearing and incense - $3 - $10
I've got all your space clearing and good smell needs covered! I stock palo santo, sage and a variety of Japanese and Tibetan incense sticks.

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING
I get that things come up and sometimes you can't make your appointment.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment.
As per my booking and cancellation policy, anything less than 24 hours notice and non-attendance will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This may be waived in cases of illness or exceptional circumstances, but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

If your policy includes acupuncture, you may be able to claim a rebate. I'm registered with most major health funds, including AHM, Australian Unity, ARHG, BUPA, CBHS, HCF, MediBank and NIB.
Please note that private health rebates apply to acupuncture only, as my provider numbers with each fund are modality-specific. Rebates are not available for kinesiology, sound healing or integrated sessions.
