Booking is so easy!
Jump to my online booking system and pop yourself in. You'll receive a booking confirmation email straight away - if this doesn't reach you please check your junk folder or email me to check. You'll also receive a confirmation SMS a day or two before your appointment. Please respond to this so I know that you're coming.
I get that things come up and sometimes you can't make your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. As per my booking and cancellation policy, anything less than 24 hours notice and non-attendance will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost.
You can cancel/change your appointment using the booking link in your confirmation email. If it's less than 24 hours until your appointment, please text me to cancel/change.

In-person sessions are available by appointment only at 7 Edward St Brunswick. My clinic is on the end of a row of shops, furthest away from Sydney Rd.
If you're driving there's a big car park next door that has a small hourly rate on weekdays and is free on weekends. There's also free 2 hour street parking on Edward St. Clinic is a stone's throw from the route 19 tram and Jewell train station.

The quickest way to contact me is via text or email. As a small business owner, I wear all the hats in my clinic (including receptionist!) and can't always answer the phone. If you're more a phone call kind of person, you're most welcome to give me a buzz and I'll aim get back to you within 1 working day. Please note that my work week is Tuesday to Saturday and I generally don't respond to messages on Sunday and Monday.
